8. General information
Because of the usual manufacturing tolerances, all dimensional values are to be considered reference values unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.

All specifications subject to change for improvement purposes without notice.

We reserve colour deviations likewise, they entitle not to complaints to LOKOMA.

The decoration items featured in the photographs of the individual products do not form part of the delivery scope.

To avoid “double orders” when ordering by phone and confirming by letter of facsimile, always mark the letter or facsimile clearly “already ordered by telephone”. If this is not observed, the written order will also be treated as an order in its own right and not as confirmation.

Order cancellation or alternation only after prior agreement with LOKOMA. The incurred costs are for the customer’s account.

3. Warranty
3 years on all our products assuming normal use.

4. Return of goods
LOKOMA grants 90 % refund on goods returned for reasons for which the purchaser is responsible.

5. Return privileges
Goods displaying quality or functional defects can be returned for a full refund or free replacement within 10 days of delivery.

We only accept returned goods which are packed to ensure adequate protection against damage and soiling.

 

1. Prices, quotations
Our quotations are non-binding. All prices in euro less the agreed discount plus statutory VAT.

2. Delivery terms
Free German border and including factory-standard packing, which is reduced to a minimum for environmental reasons. If delivered by lorry, free access and ease of unloading and handling must be ensured. If no ramp or stacker truck is available, the customer must specify at the time of ordering that a platform lift is needed to permit delivery. In no notice is given, the additional costs incurred are for the customer’s account.

Upon request, our erection engineers will install the products against invoice. Request a quotation in this respect. All our shelf units are delivered in flat packs along with the relevant erection instructions.
