The material and tool cabinet MWS 1000 has a rear panel and doors with perforated panels insert square shaped holes. The set of hooks fits into the holes. The hooks, tool clips and holders are simply inserted into the desired slot and fixed by turning through 90 Degrees. No fixing necessary.

Lockable is standard

Each lock has a different key. The individual keys can only be used to open the respective workbenches. In this case a master-key is also available.
Alternative all locks make use of the same key. Any key can be used to open all workbenches.

The principle behind the different variations

There are five different outlines (width and depth) according to five different model lines of cabinets. Some cabinet models are available in various heights, so you can select of seven cabinet housings. The division of the cabinet housings leads to a lot of variations.

Universal cabinets model US 1000B / US 1000 B-S

The cabinet housing is 2000 mm high, 1000 mm wide and 350 mm deep. Those two models equip with variable panels and shelf supports. Alternative there are wing doors with 4 mm thick acrylic glass windows installed.

Variation equipped with storage bins, model US 1000 R, 350 mm deep.

This cabinet type contains additional set of storage bins. Available with or without wing doors.

Universal cabinet model US 1000 / 1000 S

The cabinet housing is 2000 mm high, 1000 mm wide and 540 mm deep. This model consists of variable panels. Alternative available with 4 mm thick acrylic glass windows.

The EC method enables process recycling and can be fully automated. Electrodeposition coating systems are low-emission, safe and economical. The electrodeposition coating applies a 20 µm bis 25 µm coat of paint. In order to provide a wide range of colours, LOKOMA uses a second method called powder coating. The System bakes materials at a temperature of approx. 180°C.
