Those Drawer Cabinets take up very little space, but are versatile – they can be used to store tools, different work materials, and small parts.

Standard pull out and full pull out drawers are designed to be compatible. Standard pull out means, that the load capacity is 100 kg. The extension is determined to 85 percent of the drawer depth. Alternative the full pull out drawer has a load capacity of up to 200 kg and the extension is 100 percent of the drawer depth.

The Features

Attractive colour combinations does not cost extra

Combine light grey with light blue, green or ruby red! Those colour-combinations do not cost extra. The way LOKOMA manufactures, enables to lacquer the body and the front of the workbenches in different colours.

Lockable is standard

Each lock has a different key. The individual keys can only be used to open the respective workbenches. In this case a master-key is also available.
Alternative all locks make use of the same key. Any key can be used to open all workbenches.

The principle behind the different variations

You can put up those Drawer Cabinets in different ways. Single or in a row, fixed, mobile with wheels or designed as Shelf Units.

Base of the different dimensions is the width and depth of the drawers. All dimensions follow sections of 17 mm. This rule also applies to the different partitioning sets of the drawers.
LOKOMA provides three main model lines in different depth and up to seven heights.
Combine the different face heights of the drawers to your heart’s desire. Choose from a scale of ten face heights between 50 mm and maximum 400 mm height.

RS 717 models and the Shelf Units with drawers

This model line characterizes a uniform depth of drawers, which has an effect on the dimensions of the cabinet housings. LOKOMA supplies the cabinets in three different width dimensions (717, 1196 und 1434 mm). They are also available in fife different heights.

RS 1000

This model is 990 mm wide and 806 mm depth. The cabinet is available in two different height dimensions: 1000 mm und 1450 mm

RS 576

This model is 576 mm wide and 610 mm depth. The cabinet is available in three different housing heights of identical width and depth: 425, 625 and 800 mm. The RS 576 is the smallest type of all models. This cabinet is practical for storing tools and material right next to the machine or plant. The RS 576 is an important component of some workbench types, manufactured by LOKOMA.

Electrodeposition coatings

The EC method enables process recycling and can be fully automated. Electrodeposition coating systems are low-emission, safe and economical. The electrodeposition coating applies a 20 µm bis 25 µm coat of paint. In order to provide a wide range of colours, LOKOMA uses a second method called powder coating. The System bakes materials at a temperature of approx. 180°C.
