Collision guard, locking pin and slip stop

German Law (BGR 234) stipulates that collision guards must be fitted to protect corners and passages. Locking pins prevent reliably the bearer from being lifted out unintentionally. If the space between storage units in a double shelf unit is less than 100 mm, slip stops must be fitted.

The models

The principle behind the model range

Characterised by the front-to-back or side-to-side storage of several pallets or skeleton containers on one level between two uprights. Those bearers are available in three different lengths: 1800, 2200 and 2700 mm and fife different bay loads. The support frames are available in 13 different heights (2000 – 6600 mm). Variations of the model line are pull-out-shelf units and drum shelf units.

Pallet Shelving Unit

Storage and retrieval with front stackers. The shelving units are generally set up as single or double shelving units, whereby the single shelving units can only be worked from the side. The clearance between the shelf units as well as the shelf unit height is dependent on the type of handling trolleys used and on the height of the warehouse itself.

Heavy-duty pull-out shelf unit LB 208

Ideal for the storage of heavy goods such as tools, moulds, motors. The one-way pullout shelves with wooden base panel make warehousing a lot simpler. Can also worked with lifting stuff.
Pullout shelves can be extended by 700 mm. Shelves on ball-bearing slides make operation all the easier. Guide ways and connectors are screwed to the frames and can be adjusted on a 100-mm pitch.

Drum shelf units

Those shelves are certified for the retention of water-polluting materials and combustible liquids. 200 liter barrels appropriate for upright and horizontal storage. Large-volume, galvanised drip pan to prevent damage in the event of leaks. Slot-in modular concept makes light work of assembly. Delivery in flat packs.

Quality

Support frames designed screw connected, galvanised. Screw-connected base plates distribute the bay load over a larger surface area and ca be anchored to the floor. The bearers made of high quality rolled steel band, with longitudinal groove at the top to accept shelf supports. Solid interlocking claws ensure a positive connection which the upright. Because inclined, the tree claws ensure a frictional and form locking connection, which requires n additional diagonal braces for stabilisation in longitudinal direction.

Galvanized shelves or special finishes.
